Big-top, small-bottom construction and wrap-around cover create a secure interlock. The pack closes quickly, stacks stably and reduces accidental opening during transport.
So, when closed, the cover wraps around the base unit tightly forming an interlocking cooperation.
During opening, press inwards the thumb hole of the base unit, the top (mouth) of the base unite becomes smaller than the (mouth) of the cover to open.

“C.Box” design needs more than 10 seconds to close a box
Weak stacking capabilities
Leaks are prone to contaminations.
Commonly known as “C.Box” as it is popular in China. This design is difficult to use as the closing process is complicated and slow.
4 sets of Tabs and Slops need to be bending, folded and push into interlock.
One of its unique feature of a trapezium shape is its “Big Top, Small Bottom” construction. The base of the cover is designed smaller than the top (mouth) of the base unit.
Due to its patented cover that wrapped around the base when closed, combined with its trapezium shaped design of a “Big Top, Small Bottom”.
When stacked, the Small Bottom of the box above sits on the Big Top of the box below. Compression from the weight above creates a depression ‘hole’ and at the same time, effectively spreading evenly outwardly, working like a LEGO, maintaining an upright perpendicular position sturdily.
As such, stacked HealthyPack does not topple easily as compared to Non-wrapped around “Cover Over Base” design type of packaging.
When food is hot that is steam, steam creates internal cooking if box no breath. Because it is built with 2 air valves. To release excessive steam, prevent COP inside box, thus, food remains warmer longer, retaining its original texture and taste.

Box can be flatten occupying less space before putting into Rubbish Bins or Recycle Bins.
Hold both sides of the base of the box.
Pull the two sides outwards in opposite directions and press down at the same time. This will flatten out the base unit and the cover will automayically be brought forward and downwards.
When the base unit is fully flatten, the cover will be lying flat on top of the base unit. When this happens the flatten box is only 3mm thick.
